SERVICES OFFERED BY NATIONAL CONVEYOR
Since 1992 we have been servicing the power transmission and conveying markets of South Africa and its neighbours and have established relationships with many distributors over the country and into Africa.
We import and stock a wide range of Timing belts and Poly V - Belts in sleeve form cutting to width as per standard sizes or as requested. A Wide range of Variable speed belts is held in stock along with a wide range of V - Belts and Banded V - Belts which are slit to the required number of ribs.
Flat Transmission Belting, PVC & PU Conveyor Belting is stocked in roll form for cutting to width and length as per our customer requirements. Our workshop has the capability of making belts fitted with cleats for incline applications, fitting of V - guide profiles and punching of holes for suction. We are equipped to splice up to 2000mm wide belts either in house or on site.
Round PU belting and V - Belting is stocked in various diameters and sections in roll form and can be made to size or supplied as is.
Our manufacturing facility can produce Timing Pulleys, Poly V - Belt Pulleys to standard or customer specific specification in various materials. A large number of pulleys are stocked in bar form for easy parting and finishing as required.
